He was born in Ankara on 09.02.1948. After completing his primary and high school education in Ankara, he graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Medicine in 1977 andfulfilled his military service between 1978 and 1979 then he completed his residency at Çukurova University in 1983 and became an ophthalmologist. He worked as an ophthalmologist at Mersin State Hospital until his retirement. He has been working at Yenişehir Hospital for 2 years.
