He was born in 1973 in Muğla Köyceğiz district. After completing his primary education in İzmir and Muğla, he graduated from Muğla Anatolian High School in 1991. In the same year, he started his medical education at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine and graduated in 1997. After the graduation, he started his residencyat internal medicine clinic of İstanbul Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital and completed in January 2003.

After working as an internal medicine specialist at the same hospital and İstanbul Sultanciftligi State Hospital for a while, he started his military service in February 2005 at Van Military Hospital. After the military service, he left the state service and he is currently working as an internal medicine specialist at Private Yenişehir Hospital. He is married and has two children.
